Julie Rodgers - Principal / Director

 

Julie Rodgers, the principal of Turramurra North Real Estate, would be the person primarily responsible for the carriage of the sales process. Julie is assisted by other staff, two of whom are fully licensed real estate agents and three others who are registered sales people.

Julie Rodgers (Licence No. 911470) has been a registered Real Estate agent since 1995 having completed in 1994 the requirements for her full Real Estate Agent’s Licence, which she took up in 2000.

In 20+ years Julie has negotiated in excess of 800 sales across the whole scope of residential property, ranging from studio apartments to large executive homes; land subdivisions, units and townhouses off the plan; units in retirement villages, new homes on behalf of developers as well as renovated and refurbished units which were newly converted to Strata Title.  Some of these properties were perceived to be very difficult to sell, but Julie’s strong negotiating skills resulted in excellent sales.

Julie leads the agency in its “All about YOU” service philosophy, after all, it is you who have entrusted the marketing of your valuable asset to us.

Jackie Westwater - Property Manager

After a career in financial services, Jackie joined the team at Turramurra North Real Estate and has recently completed her Real Estate Licence. She is our leading Property Manager and with great business acumen, Jackie is able to manage multiple properties handling all communication between the agency, our tenants, owners, tradespeople and other third parties with the utmost professionalism. She currently works three days a week on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

 

Zoë Burton - Property Manager

 
Zoë is a well known and valued member of the local community and holds a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate. She is currently at university doing a degree and works two days a week on Mondays and Tuesdays as our Property Manager.

 

 

Robert Rodgers - Administration / Sales Support

Since completing his Certificate of Registration for Real Estate in 2006, Robert has been an invaluable member of the team, mainly working with us in ensuring our technological requirements are met and assisting us in the office on weekends. Robert possesses excellent negotiation skills.

 

Jennifer Flynn - Administration / Sales Support

Many years spent working with children and their families as a teacher has given Jennifer supurb strength in dealing with sensitive situations. Having bought and sold her own properties, she completed her Certificate of Regsitration for Real Estate providing her the ability to understand the legalities involved, whilst maintaining a sympathetic ear to the stresses that can accompany such transactions.
